Victoria Taylor's Herbes de Provence takes this classic seasoning blend to a whole new level of flavor. Victoria's version includes a blend of seven, high quality herbs with the added brightness of lemon, unique flavor of lavenders and added punch of garlic. The complex flavor character of her Herbes de Provence adds a sophisticated flair to chicken, veal and fish as well as vegetables. 

Ingredients: Garlic, spices (fennel, rosemary, oregano, basil, marjoram, thyme), sea salt, lemon peel, parsley, lavender.

Processed in a facility with products that may contain Dairy, Sesame, Soy, and/or Wheat.

It’s my “Go To”

…… for everything from pan roasted potatoes and scrambled eggs to oven roasts. Even poultry, including duck and goose get high marks. To top it all off, your courtesy and service are superb! Thank you for it ALL.

Today I made veal chops and used the Herbes de Provence seasoning and mushrooms in the dish.. Not a leftover they we delicious and the seasoning was perfect.

Spectacular flavor-bar none! A friend gave me Victorias Herbes de Provence to rub on filet mignon Christmas Eve, with a promise it would be fabulous. WOW -it brought that meat to a whole new level. The flavor was rich, fragrant and added such an elevated taste that I bought the large container. It has become a staple in this house. Thank you Victoria.
